Online coaching involves working together remotely, to develop and achieve your personal fitness goals. We will check in weekly to make sure that you're on track but the beauty of online coaching is that I'm available any time to answer your questions. I will create a customized workout plan and provide guidance and support to help you reach your goal.

The frequency of check ins will depend on your goals, urgency, and confidence. Most clients check in once or twice a week, while others may prefer more check ins until they gain confidence. It's my job to equip you with the tools to be confident in taking control of your own fitness, while providing support when needed.
There are several ways to measure progress with personal training, including: 1. Self-reported measures such as how you feel, your energy levels, and how well you are able to perform daily activities 2. Objective measures such as your body weight, body composition (e.g., percentage of body fat), and measurements of your waist, hips, and other body parts 3. Performance measures such as the amount of weight you can lift, the number of push-ups or sit-ups you can do, or your time in a specific fitness test
